Join our wonderful hosts Sam and Tim on their Today with Tonies adventure!
This little Tonie updates every day with ten-minute podcast-style programs full of fun, facts, challenges and jokes for children aged 4 and up. All they need to do is place the Tonie on the Toniebox; they’ll be ready to explore new places, learn new words, bust some shapes in a morning dance, giggle along to funny jokes and learn an incredible fact or two (or three!).
But that’s not all; they’ll also have the chance to hear themselves on the Sunday show by sending voicenotes to today@tonies.co.uk. It’s a daily dose of energy for curious minds, and with 70 minutes of brand-new programming each week, they’ll never get bored.
Here’s how it works:
1. Listeners place the Tonie on the Toniebox, and the new daily episode automatically downloads as long as the Toniebox is within WiFi range.
2. If you miss a few days or lose WiFi connection, simply place the Tonie back on the Toniebox once you have WiFi access again, and all available episodes, including the latest one, will upload. Listeners can then listen to the latest episodes in reverse chronological order.
3. The Toniebox can store up to two weeks of programs, which is about two and a half hours of listening time. The oldest programs will be replaced as new ones are released.
4. Little listeners who want to be featured on the show can get help from an adult to send a voicenote to today@tonies.co.uk.

How do I make a change?
It's very easy: whether you received it as a gift or purchased it yourself, you can request an exchange within 30 days from any of our stores or through our online customer service. If you bought it online, you can log into your customer account and automatically submit your exchange request.
It's been over 30 days, but I haven't used it. Can I still return it?
In most cases, yes, you can. If the product you purchased is food-related and you have used it, even just to try, then a return is not appropriate for health reasons if you are outside the return period. However, for all our products that you have never used, even if they are food-related, you can benefit from an additional 30-day return right, and depending on your dinossi consumer continuity, you can return them for up to 60 days. Please note that this is a return policy based on your continuity with dinossi and your consumer loyalty. As dinossi, your return period is 30 days. An additional 30 days will be gladly accepted if you meet the above conditions.
It was a gift, but there's no gift receipt?
Don't worry, all products sold at Dinossi, whether in-store or online, have their customers' information recorded for product quality tracking. Even if it was a gift, you can make this exchange by simply providing us with the information of the customer who purchased the product. This means you do not need to keep any receipts, invoices, or exchange cards for an exchange.
