More Information: Keep stainless steel parts clean and dry. Note: Do not immerse in water for cleaning. Depending on usage frequency and conditions, we recommend cleaning the bottle warmer's limescale every 1 to 3 weeks for optimal performance. Pour some diluted white vinegar into the steel chamber, heat to up to 45°C for a few minutes, then turn off the device before draining excess liquid. Carefully clean and dry the stainless steel surface with a paper towel. Avoid immersing the bottle warmer in water and only clean the steel parts. Note: You can also use a citric acid-based descaler, but avoid any other types of descalers. Standards and certifications: Complies with EN IEC 55014-1:2021, LFGB, CE, FCC, RoHS certifications. How do I make a change?

It's been over 30 days, but I haven't used it. Can I still return it?
In most cases, yes, you can. If the product you purchased is food-related and you have used it, even just to try, then a return is not appropriate for health reasons if you are outside the return period. However, for all our products that you have never used, even if they are food-related, you can benefit from an additional 30-day return right, and depending on your dinossi consumer continuity, you can return them for up to 60 days. Please note that this is a return policy based on your continuity with dinossi and your consumer loyalty. As dinossi, your return period is 30 days. An additional 30 days will be gladly accepted if you meet the above conditions.
It was a gift, but there's no gift receipt?
Don't worry, all products sold at Dinossi, whether in-store or online, have their customers' information recorded for product quality tracking.
