What is Dinossi Quality?
Dinossi quality; our understanding is that products touching every aspect of family life are chosen not only because they look good but also because they are reliable, practical, carefully made, and will retain their value over time. From babies to children, teenagers to adults, and from home life to daily needs, every product in Dinossi is carefully evaluated in terms of quality, design, safety, and user experience. For us, a quality product is not only one that is purchased but also one that adds value to family life, provides confidence, and makes you feel good. In short, Dinossi quality is our promise to bring you products we would confidently choose for our own families.
What is the Dinossi Quality Standard?
In all our stores worldwide or on our online site, whether it is the Dinossi brand or not, we ensure that all the brands we sell are made from 100% A-Class materials and offer these products to our consumers. You can be assured that we do not offer products from any brand that does not meet Dinossi quality standards. Since 2013, during this journey, due to our inspections especially for brands trusted most by families and for children, Dinossi received the world's most prestigious 'The Best Brand' Award held in Germany in 2023. Join us in our success.
I'm so glad you exist. Dinossi is even better with you.
Since 2013, Dinossi is not just a brand that selects products; it is a family concept store that values accompanying families in their daily lives and works to make children's world safer, more enjoyable, and more inspiring.
Today, even though we have an international structure, what makes us us is still our initial excitement. Whether choosing a product, preparing a package, introducing a new brand to families, or thinking about a small smile on a child's face, we ask the same question:
"Would we confidently choose this product for our own family?"
At the core of Dinossi is this sincere question. Because for us, commerce is not just about making sales; it is about building trust, connecting the right product with the right family, and leaving good intentions behind every purchase.
Our Sustainability Policy

What did you want to ask?
I believe you have some questions you're curious about?
If I order today, when will it arrive?

How do I make a change?
It's very easy: whether you received it as a gift or purchased it yourself, you can request an exchange within 30 days from any of our stores or through our online customer service. If you bought it online, you can log into your customer account and automatically submit your exchange request.
It's been over 30 days, but I haven't used it. Can I still return it?
In most cases, yes, you can. If the product you purchased is food-related and you have used it, even just to try, then a return is not appropriate for health reasons if you are outside the return period. However, for all our products that you have never used, even if they are food-related, you can benefit from an additional 30-day return right, and depending on your dinossi consumer continuity, you can return them for up to 60 days. Please note that this is a return policy based on your continuity with dinossi and your consumer loyalty. As dinossi, your return period is 30 days. An additional 30 days will be gladly accepted if you meet the above conditions.
It was a gift, but there's no gift receipt?
Don't worry, all products sold at Dinossi, whether in-store or online, have their customers' information recorded for product quality tracking. Even if it was a gift, you can make this exchange by simply providing us with the information of the customer who purchased the product. This means you do not need to keep any receipts, invoices, or exchange cards for an exchange.
I have different questions?
Of course, in that case, you can connect with one of our live customer service representatives. To speak with our live customer service,
